Overview
In a homelike atmosphere, Cathy's has been providing top-quality grooming, daycare, overnight boarding and training services geared toward the unique and specific needs of your canine companion since 1997. Our "Running With The Pack" Daycare guests are closely socialized and supervised while being treated to plenty of outdoor time in our fenced acreage, though many of our "couch potato" guests prefer calmer activities in our indoor climate-controlled boarding area. We strive to provide as much action or relaxation, and one-on-one time as they desire. Our overnight boarding guests enjoy crate-free days playing with our daycare guests and the security of individual feeding and sleeping crates at night.

What are your hours?  

Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday (for boarding clients only): 5:00 pm- 7:00 pm (Except during summer)

Do you provide pick up and drop off service?   Special arrangements necessary.
     

Dog Daycare/Boarding Information
What is your application process?  

Filing of all forms and releases and one day socialization/assessment visit (by appointment) prior to acceptance.
What are your vaccination requirements?   Current rabies vaccinations with verification by veterinarian.
Have you ever turned down any dogs before? If so, for what reasons?   Yes. Aggression toward staff and/or other guests.
Do you have separate areas for large dogs and small dogs?   Yes.
Is your facility indoor or outdoor?   All guests receive indoor and outdoor time. All dogs kept in individual crates and/or rooms indoors for feeding and sleeping.
How many times per day do you walk to dogs? Can we purchase additional walks or play time?   Owners outline specific care and/or schedules prior to stay. Fees cover unlimited playtime and attention during regular business hours.
Do you provide dog treats?  How many times do you feed the dogs?   Dogs are fed twice a day or as indicated on boarding intake sheet by owner.
How often do you provide water?   Water is available at all times.
Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our own toys and other personal belonging?   Toys are utilitized during group play. Personal belongings welcome but not shared - they are kept in dogs crates with them and put away during group play.
Do you have a nap time for the dogs? No scheduled "naptime" required but utilized as necessary both individually and as a group.
What is your cancellation policy?   We appreciate being advised at least one week prior.
Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet on call? Nearest vet one block away. No vet on staff.
What do you do in case of emergency?   Medical authorization required to be on file. Any necessary emergency care obtained immediately whether able to contact owner or not
     

Other Dog Care Services
Do you provide grooming service?

Yes. Grooming services available by appointment - from bath and brush to breed-specific styling.
Do you provide obedience training?   Yes. Group classes and individual consults available for basic obedience and/or specific problem solving.
     

Dog Daycare & Dog Boarding Fees
Dog daycare: $18 per day with a free bath for 5 days' visits prepaid.
Dog boarding: $22 per night, $27 per night for unneutered males. Free bath after 7 nights' boarding.
