| What is your application process? |
|
We require a complimentary interview
that will be scheduled to meet with you and your pet(s)
prior to the first pet sitting assignment. At the interview,
we'll be discussing your needs and our services as well
as important routines in your pet’s day. Paper work
includes contract, customer/pet profile, key release, and
veterinary permission release. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
Yes. |
|
| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
We walk the number of pets in the client
household. We do not walk dogs together from multiple clients.
We ask for ample time to give pets their need attention.
We try to walk no more than 3 small or 2 large dogs at one
time. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
Visits are 20 or 30 minutes, your choice.
If you believe your pet(s) will require extra attention
or because of a multiple pets, visits may be extended in
15 minute increments. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |
|
We will always work to accommodate your needs.
Sits may be extended in 15 minute increments. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

Our goal is to keep your pet(s) on the routine
to which they are accustomed. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
50% of fee with less than 24 hour notice. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
If we are aware that we will be unavailable
(vacation), we will inform you of the dates as soon as possible
so you can make other arrangements. If we are unavailable
(illness, etc.) for scheduled visits we will contact you
and provide a backup sitter. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
If the emergency the pet, we will contact
you as we proceed with the required actions. If the emergency
is Mother Nature, we will contact your emergency contact
to provide care until we can reach or return to our routine. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
