General Information
What are your hours?   Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 6:30 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Do you provide pick up and drop off service?   Yes.
     

Dog Daycare/Boarding Information
What is your application process?  

We have three enrollment forms that need to be filled out and customers must show written proof of Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella.
What are your vaccination requirements?   Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella.
Have you ever turned down any dogs before? If so, for what reasons?   Yes, they did not pass our Behavior Assessment.
Do you have separate areas for large dogs and small dogs?   Yes.
Is your facility indoor or outdoor?   Both.
How many times per day do you walk to dogs? Can we purchase additional walks or play time?   Dogs never leave our facility. There are outdoor dog runs for them to relieve themselves. Dogs have open supervised play from 8:00 am - Noon and then again from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
Do you provide dog treats?  How many times do you feed the dogs?   Dogs get treats when they are in their separate areas for nap time.
How often do you provide water?   Water is provided at all times.
Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our own toys and other personal belonging?   We ask that you do not bring dog toys to the day care. Some dogs can get aggressive about sharing their toys. We do have Kong Toys in the play area that all dogs are allowed to play with. If a dog is boarding, they are welcome to bring their own toys to sleep with.
Do you require a nap time for the dogs? Yes.
What is your cancellation policy?   We ask for 24 hour notice of cancellation for their slotted time.
Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet on call? There are two vets that I have accounts with, both within half mile of my facility.
What do you do in case of emergency?   We would take the dog to one of the vets that we have accounts with. If they are not open, we would take them to the nearest emergency.

Do you provide grooming service?

Yes, Bathing, Grooming, Paw-dicures, Ear Cleaning, De-Shedding Treatments, Doggy Massages.
Do you provide obedience training?   Yes, I am providing classes with a local trainer.

Dog daycare:
$27.00 per day, or
Prepayment of 10 visits: $257.00
Monthly pack (includes 22 or 23 days of day care plus a bath and $20.00 in Bark Bucks to be used in retail area): $510.00
 
Dog boarding:
$40.00 per night
Discounts available for both day care and boarding for multiple dogs
