| What is your application process? |
|
Consultation and contract signing
must be done at least one week before sittings are to start.
Some emergency exceptions will be made. Initial consultation
is free. I must meet your pets and you and see how they
are taken care of and where everything is kept. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
Yes. |
|
| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
I can sit for as many dogs as a home has,
but I do not walk more than two at a time. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
I stay with the pets at least a half hour.
More time is spent if there are more pets. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Two weeks in advance for full refund. Fifty
percent for one week in advance. No refund for any less
notice than one week. |

available to walk my dog? |

I have an independent contractor and my husband
also covers for me if I need him. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
I try to handle the emergency on my own and
have a vet release signed to have the animal treated if
necessary. If I can\'t handle it, I would first contact
the pet owner and consult with them about their preferences. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
I use the owners vet, if possible, and if
not I use the emergency vet. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
