Yes, the pet sitter or walker will conduct

We only walk the pets in your family together. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
Each session is about 30 minutes long.

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Yes, upgrade options are available. Playtime,
dog park exerising and hour long exercise sessions are available. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
|
Yes, walking and sitting is available after
hours. There is not a fee for after-hours sitting and walking,
as long as it is after 7 am and before 11 pm. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
If cancellation is necessary, it is requested
to be cancelled 3 - 5 days prior to the pet sitting request. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
The assistant manager takes over the responsibility. |

| Who will have access to my residence (keys,
security code, etc.)? |
|
The pet sitter that you meet in your in-house
consultation will have access to your keys and security
codes. In an emergency, the assistant manager takes over
the responsibility. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
In case of an emergency, your pet is rushed
to the emergency clinic in Orlando. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
Yes, the emergency clinic has a vet on call.
Their doctors are available to us, if necessary. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
The nearest vet is within 1 mile. We use
Dr. Werber and Century Vet. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
|
No, there have never been any incidents with
our clients. |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |

Yes, we do offer additional services. |
