A minimum of two introductory
meetings. These meetings will be a time for all parties
to get to know each other and what services a household
will need. |

Yes, I am the owner and pet sitter/walker. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
One household so that each animal gets the
special attention he/she needs. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
A minimum of a half hour. There will be occasions
when I will be able to spend a little more time with them.
When this occurs, you will not be charged any additional
fees. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |
|
Yes. $5 extra per 15 minutes. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
|
Yes, there would be an additional fee of
$5 per 15 minutes. If the hours are later in the evening,
arrangements can be made for temporary occasions. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
I need at least 4 hours notice. If 4 hours
notice is not given, monies paid for that day will be forfeited.
If notice is given, all monies paid for that day will be
applied to next scheduled appointment. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
I am the primary walker/sitter. If I am going
to be unavailable, you will be given a minimum of 24 hours
notice. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Notify the owner and their vet. I must have
emergency numbers to call in case I need to contact the
owner during an emergency. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
No. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
|
No. |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
Yes. The fees and expectations will need
to be discussed during the introductory meetings. |
