Dog Sitting Information
What is your application process?   At your convenience, a complimentary consultation will be scheduled to meet with you and your pets. At this time we will discuss your needs and our services as well as important routines in your pet's day and any major/minor health problems your pet may have. Superior customer service is our goal.
Will I meet the sitter/walker?   Yes, you will. The pet sitter/walker will conduct the initial consultation.
How many dogs do you sit/walk per session?   We devote our services to one client at a time.
How long will you sit/walk my dog?   Our daily visit is about 45 minutes long. We strongly believe that a shorter visit does not provide us with sufficient amount of time to provide your pets with bountiful amount of TLC.
Do you offer upgrade options to extend the walk/sit time?   Yes, we are flexible with our schedule and work
with you to accommodate your needs.
Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session? Is there an additional fee for this?   Yes, we do provide overnight stays. About 80% of our clientele uses our overnight services.
What is your cancellation policy?   We kindly ask that if cancellation is necessary, you provide us with a 48 hour cancellation notice.
What do you do when my sitter/walker is not available to walk my dog?   We have on-call pet sitters who would take over the responsibility and would contact you immediately to provide you with their information and credentials.
What do you do in case of emergency?   In case, of emergency your pet would be rushed to nearest emergency clinic and you will be notified immediately.
Do you have a vet on call?   Yes, we do. However, we discuss with you what vet you would like us to contact if needed.
Have you ever had any incidents with your clients, such as property damage?   No, we have never had any incidents with our clients.
Do you provide other services, such as watering plants and bringing in mail?   Yes, we do provide other services such as:
Bring in newspapers and mail
Put out trash
Water plants
Shop for groceries
And anything else to make sure all your worries are left to us while you are away :-)
