| What is your application process? |
|
Initial phone or email conversation
with client to understand needs. Follow-up, in person meeting
with client and pet. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
Usually only the pets for one client. Occassionally,
we will walk one or two other dogs during a session but
only with the permission of all clients involved and with
great attention paid to compatability of size and personality. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
We work with each client to understand and
meet their individual needs. Also, walks are often weather
dependent; for example, black or cold weather dogs do not
like long walks on hot days, others do not like the rain,
etc. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |
|
We are all about the animal. We work with
the client to determine and provide the best experience
for the animal. We like to be flexible so if needs/desires
change we can accommodate. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

We offer services from 7 am - 10 pm. We also
offer overnight sitting for a nominal fee (starting at $10/night,
depending on location). |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We only charge for no-shows. There is no
charge as long as you call to cancel before we arrive. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
The business is operated by Tammy and Aaron
(a husband and wife team). We only take on business that
we can easily accommodate between the two of us. In very
rare occassions, if one of us is not available (due to illness)
we have a trusted friend that will fill in. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Our protocol is to
1) contact the client to inform them of the situation and
discuss plan of action, or
2) if client cannot be contacted and if the issue warrants
medical attention, the animal is taken to the client's vet,
or
3) if the client's vet is not available, the animal is taken
to Alton Road Animal Hospital or Miami Pet Emergency (a
24 hour vet)
In the event of a hurricane, where evacuation is necessary,
the animals will come with us to a safe location. We can
be reached by cell phone to keep client's posted. |

plants and bringing in mail? |

We can water plants, bring in mail, open
and close blinds, turn on and off lights, sign for packages,
etc. |

Dog Sitting & Walking Fees |
Dogs: $15 for 1st dog, $5 for each subsequent dog |
|
Cats, Birds, Reptile, Fish, & Rodents: $15 flat rate for up
to 3 animals, $5 for each subsequent animal |

Overnight: $15 per night |
| The above rates apply to South Beach only (from South Pointe
to Dade Blvd on Miami Beach). If you are located outside South
