Overview |
We offer dog walking services and pet sitting services in your
home morning, noon and night 7 days a week. Tender loving care
is provided by Christa and her husband John specializing in the
Miami Beach area. Whether you would like your dog to get an extra
walk in the middle of the day, a morning walk or a late afternoon/early
evening walk Christa and John can provide this service. If you
have to be away for several days or longer you may want to take
advantage of our Pet Sitting service which consists of walking
your dog three times a day, feeding, brushing, making sure there
is always fresh water, and providing some play time with a belly
rub. We also provide these additional services:
Drop off and pick up your pet(s) at a local groomer.
Bring your pet to a local Veterinarian appointment. |

| What is your application process? |
|
After initial contact via phone
or e-mail we will schedule a free consultation at your convenience
with you and your pet(s). At this meeting we will discuss
your specific needs, gather information about your pet’s
routine and care requirements and outline how our services
can fulfill these needs. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
Yes. Christa or her husband John provide
all services. |
|
| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
We devote ourselves to one client’s
pets at a time. We do not walk multiple dogs together from
different clients. |
|
| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
A visit typically last 45 minutes with at
least 30 minutes outside. We do however provide for additional
time depending on your specific needs. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |
|
Yes we are very flexible. Our goal is to
provide superior service and meet you needs. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
|
We provide services from 7:00am to 10:00
pm seven days per week including holidays. We do not charge
extra for weekends and holidays. There is an additional
charge for overnight stays. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We ask that you notify us by phone before
we arrive. We only charge if we arrive to provide the service
and service is cancelled without notification. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
Christa or her husband John provide all services.
In case of illness we have a close friend on call to fill
in. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We first call the client to discuss the situation
and best course of action. If the client cannot be reached
and medical attention is required we will take the pet to
the Vet you designated in our client information form or
Alton Road Animal Hospital. |

|

clients, such as property damage? |

Yes. Most at no additional cost. |

Dog Sitting & Walking Fees |
| Range: $10 - $14 per visit depending on frequency and location.
$5 for additional dog in same household. Rates for other services
such as overnight stays, scheduled trips to the Vet or groomer
available on request. |
