We're Central Bark Doggy Day Care, and we're as crazy about your dog as you are. Our philosophy is simple. When you leave your dog with us, you're leaving a child. And that's a responsibility we take very seriously.
Here, you'll find the cleanest, safest, most socially-centered indoor/outdoor environment in the area. We maintain a high employee-to-dog ratio to ensure each dog receives the proper time and attention. We have a strong commitment to ongoing training and education, and maintain a staff of dog lovers and owners who are experts in canine first aid, CPR and animal behavior. And, to keep all your dog's needs under one roof, Central Bark Doggy Day Care is pleased to offer a variety of services we are sure you and your dog will love!

General Information
What are your hours?   Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 6:30 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm, pick up only
Weekend sleepovers welcome
Do you provide pick up and drop off service?   Pick up and drop off shuttle at some locations. Please check with this location for services.
     

Dog Daycare/Boarding Information
What is your application process?  

All dogs must undergo an initial behavior assessment and meet day care criteria for enrollment.
What are your vaccination requirements?   We require the Dhlpp, Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations.
Have you ever turned down any dogs before? If so, for what reasons?   Dogs who do not pass the behavior assessment, show signs of aggession, resource guarding or are unsocial are not accepted. Dogs who are over 6 months of age who are not spayed or neutered are also not accepted.
Do you have separate areas for large dogs and small dogs?   Yes.
Is your facility indoor or outdoor?   We have indoor and outdoor play areas to accommodate play in any type of weather.
How many times per day do you walk the dogs? Can we purchase additional walks or play time?   Walks are not provided, as dogs exercise throughout the day by playing with each other.
Do you provide dog treats?  How many times do you feed the dogs?   Treats are provided at nap time to any dogs without special dietary needs or restrictions. Dogs who need to be feed a meal are fed a parent provided meal as indicated by the parent.
How often do you provide water?   Water is available at all times.
Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our own toys and other personal belonging?   We provide safe dog toys in the playgroups. Overnighters can pack a maximum of 2 safe toys and laundry friendly bedding that will be provided to them when they are in their own separate quarters.
Do you have a nap time? Nap time is from Noon to 2:00 pm and includes aromatherapy and classical music.
What is your cancellation policy?   Day care cancellations must be made one business day prior to the scheduled day by 6:30 pm to avoid full day care charges. Overnighters must cancel one business day prior to the scheduled overnight by 6:30 pm to avoid charges of 50% of the reservation.
Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet on call? We have a myriad of nearby vets as well as our own vet on call.
What do you do in case of emergency?   Parents are notified in the event of an emergency and their wishes are carried out. If the parent is not reachable wishes are carried out as preplanned and discussed during the enrollment interview.

Dog Daycare & Dog Boarding Fees
Day care:
1 dog: $23 per day
2 dogs from the same family: $44.50 per day
Behavior assessment: $15
10 visit punchcard (1 dog): $218
10 visit punchcard (2 dogs from the same family): $340
Late fee: $1 per minute after 6:30 pm up to 7:00 pm
Barkley Park Member VIP Package (includes $20 of Barkley Bucks (good towards retail only), 1 free bath for the month, pet will be scheduled every day (M-Sa) from the start of the month to the end): $400 per month
 
Sleepovers:
1 dog: $44 per 24 hour period
2 dogs from the same family: $81 per 24 hour period
Discounts: 7-14 days: 5% discount, 15+ days: 10% discount
