| What is your application process? |
|
We require a 30 minute initial
interview with the client before the pet sitting date. A
comprehensive application on the client's pets is filled
out, and a contract is signed. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |

Yes. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
As many as the client has. |
|
| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
We offer 30 minute pet sits for dogs, cats,
and exotics. If you think that your pet will require more
attention, we also offer 1 hour services. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

We sit/walk 7 days a week. The only additional
fee is for Sundays, we charge a one time fee of $5 for the
whole day. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Clients can cancel any time with no extra
charge. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |

We will refer another pet sitting company. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |

In the initial interview we ask for emergency
numbers so that the client can be reached at all times. |

Yes, we will water plants, take out trash,
