|
Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella (every 6 months). |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |

Yes...We have a NO TOLERANCE towards aggression
policy. Sometimes group play isn't right for every dog. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
We have HUGE indoor and outdoor playgrounds.
Some small dogs love playing with big dogs and vice versa.
We only separate by temperament if necessary. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
BOTH...Playful Pooch has over 7,000 square
feet of indoor and outdoor playgrounds. All boarding dogs
are kept inside in one of our LARGE "Cozy Kennels".
Every dog (regardless of size) gets a 25 square foot kennel
that is 6 feet high with privacy walls. |

| How many times per day do you walk to dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
There are no hidden extra charges!! Your
dog plays when they want during the day. We have "No
Forced Nap Times"! We are also a crate free and "cageless
daycare". |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
Yes...All Natural Treats. Every boarding
dog will get a special "All Natural Treat" before
bed time. We also NEVER charge for additional feedings.
We'll even try to stay with your dogs feeding times! |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Fresh water is always available in our Indoor
Playground, Outdoor Playground and every dogs boarding kennel. |
|
| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
Yes...we have tennis balls, tug toys, ropes
and more that we provide in our Indoor Playground. You can
bring any toys you want for your dogs kennel. |
|
| Do you have a nap time for the dogs? |
|
The dogs are brought in for lunch and a brief
rest at noon. |
|
| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Regular boarding we require a one night non
refundable deposit and you may cancel at anytime. During
the holidays there is a no cancellation policy in place
due to the demand of boarding. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
Our vet is only a few miles away. We also
have trained ABKA Pet Care Technicians on staff along with
staff trained in American Red Cross Pet First Aid and CPR. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
It depends on the type of emergency. Safety
is our number one concern at Playful Pooch! In an emergency
we will rush your dog to our vet and non emergency we will
first try to contact you and then seek medical attention.
We always try to contact the owner first to get direction
on the course of action to be taken. |
