| What is your application process? |
|
All dogs are prescreened prior
to dogs attendance. Client must fill out application, and
once received, we will call you to set up an appointment
to meet with you and your pup. At that time we will collect
all vaccination records and signed services agreements.
We go over all rules with client at that time. |

| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
Current on DHPP and Rabies, Bordetella MUST
be within last six months prior to evaluation and visits. |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |

Yes, if dogs are either aggressive or too
timid. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
Yes. We have three areas. Dogs are separated
by size, age and temperament. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
Facility is both indoor/outdoor. Each main
area has a large outdoor attached yard. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
Dogs have LARGE play areas, inside and outside,
so they do not need to be walked! |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
Owners who would like their dogs to be given
treats are welcome to bring them. We also have treats but
don't give them at any regular times. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
All day, constantly. We put ice in the water
during warmer days as well. |
 |
| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
Toys can be brought with personal items for
boarding dogs only to be kept in their kennel with them
at night time. |

| Do you have a nap time for the dogs? |
|
We have naptime from 12:00 - 1:30 Monday
- Friday. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
24 hours notice for a single day daycare
reservation, 24 hours notice for boarding reservation. Holiday
times 7 days notice. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
The nearest vet is less than a mile away.
We work with two close vets, and after hours we use a local
24 hour emergency clinic when necessary. |
 |
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
In event of emergency, we either take the
pup to a local vet for treatment, and contact the owner,
or their designated emergency contact. We have preauthorization
from all clients to take their pups to the vet in the event
of emergency. |
