| What is your application process? |

We always
set up a free consultation with the client in advance
to get to know their needs and get their pet's approval! |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
We always make sure you meet the pet care
provider in your area in advance and that your pet sees
only that person while you are away. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
We walk only the dogs from one home at a
time. We will take care of all of the animals in the household
during that time. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
We offer 30 minute visits, one hour visits,
overnight stays, and extended stays. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

We offer pet care around the clock, 24 hours
a day for no additional charge. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |

We ask for 48 hours of notice without fee
and at least 4 days for major holidays. Cancellation in
less this amount of time results in half the service fee. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |

We have substitute sitters should your regular
care provider be unable to attend. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We have a detailed plan for dealing with
emergencies. This is detailed in the welcome packet that
is presented during the consultation. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
We have agreements with several veterinary
hospitals in the greater San Diego area. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |

We have not had any problems to this point
however we are bonded and insured in case of an accident. |

plants and bringing in mail? |

We provide light rotation, plants, mail,
and trash service free of charge with pet care. |

| Payments must be provided in full before or at time of service.
48 hour notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. Paws and
Claws Critter Care accepts checks, money orders, and credit card
payment via PayPal. |

20-30 Minute Visit for 1-3 Pets: $16 |

One Hour Visit for 1-3 Pets: $19 |

Each Additional Dog: $2 |

Residences Serviced Outside 25 mile Radius: $2 |
Mid Day/Daily Dog Care: $16
(Regular daily scheduled mid day dog visits will occur between
10:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Each mid day visit will be 30 minutes. Your
dog will be able to go for a walk, or play in a fenced yard.) |
Dog Obedience Training: $28
(Special attention will be giving to your dog to learn basic commands
both on and off leash. Each session is one hour and includes progress
reports for owner!) |
Overnight Stays: $55
(Overnight stays include an evening and a morning walk. Additional
visits during the day are the normal per visit charge. Overnight
stays are from 8 pm to 6 am.) |
Extended Stays: $80
(Extended stays are from 7pm to noon the next day.) |
Holidays: $6
(There will be an additional charge for visits made on official
holidays.) |
