I make all visits myself. If I am not available,
I will refer the client to another reputable service provider. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
I am Red Cross Certified in Pet First Aid.
I carry a fully stocked Pet First Aid Case in my car at
all times. If necessary, pets are transported to their on
file vet or emergency care facility. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
I store and carry all client veterinarian
contact information, location and medical history with me
electronically. I do not have a personal vet on call, as
I prefer to contact the clients vet. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
|
My commitment to the safety of your home
and pet is paramount. I am fully bonded and insured. I also
carry a Business Permit from the City of Pasadena. |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
Mail and newspaper retrieval, trash bins
brought out to-in from curb on specified days, lights and
blinds alternated, watering plants and home security checks. |
