Absolutely! The entire staff at Big Sky Dogs
is 100% passionate about animals and their well-being! Your
4-legged family member will be assigned one primary sitter/walker
that is dedicated to just your pet. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
It is our philosophy that each and every
animal under our expert care is unique and special. That
is why we deal with just one pet at a time. 100% of our
attention and TLC is given to your pet - no group walks
with tangled leashes and multiple personalities. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |

your individualized needs. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

Of course! Our clients come from all walks
of life including--but not limited to--Health Care Professionals,
the Entertainment Industry, Pasadena and Burbank Fire Fighters,
Animal Rights activists, Attorneys at Law, News Media Reporters,
Grad Students, Realtors, Restaurant Professionals, and many
more with demanding work schedules. Just know that we are

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
All payment for pet sitting is due before
Client’s departure date. Big Sky Dogs will extend
a full refund if 8 or more days notice of cancellation are
given before Client’s departure date. Client agrees
to the cancellation policy of 50% of the total fee is due
to Big Sky Dogs if Client cancels service 4-7 days before
agreed upon departure date. Client agrees that the total
fee for the sit shall be given to Big Sky Dogs should Client
cancel within 3 or fewer days before departure and therefore
that 100% of the total fee shall be given to Big Sky Dogs
should client cancel in 3 or fewer days. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
Just one aspect that sets Big Sky Dogs apart
from the rest is we have a secondary or emergency sitter/walker
ALWAYS available so you will never have to worry about your
pet being without care and service. Ever! |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We carry an emergency pager where we can
be in total contact with our sitters, walkers, and clients
24/7. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
We have access to three professional 24 hour
emergency pet clinics that are all within the Big Sky Dogs
service areas. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
|
Never. However, unlike your pets, we are
human and accidents may happen. That's why we're fully bonded
AND insured for your pet's protection and for your peace
of mind. |
 |
| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
Our Pet Sitting services include feeding,
fresh water, walking, tons of TLC, play time, yard clean-up,
kitty litter clean-up, home security measures, mail and
newspaper retrieval, home lighting and home temperature
