Overview |
| The Pet Concierge provides pet sitting in
your home, dog walking and pet waste cleanup. Walking, feeding,
playing, brushing and house sitting services such as plant care,
trash in and out, lights on and off are included in the basic
pet sitting fee. We keep a log for you so that you will have
a written record of our pet sitting visits. All Pet Concierge
sitters and walkers are pet CPR and first aid certified, insured
and background checked.

| What is your application process? |
|
We will always
meet with the client at no charge before the pet sitting
engagement. Our form includes emergency contact, medication
and allergy information, veterinary authorization in case
of an emergency and of course your pet care instructions. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
Yes. |
|
| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
We sit or walk for the dogs of only one owner
at a time, unless other arrangements have been requested. |
|
| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
Dog sitting visits last from 30 to 45 minutes,
cat sitting visits are 20 to 30 minutes. However, we will
stay as long as it takes to do the job properly. Dog walks
are 30, 45 or 60 minutes. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |
|
Yes, dog walking and pet sitting visits can
be extended for a minimal fee. |
|
| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
|
Yes, off hours and holiday service before
8 am and after 6 pm is available for a minimal additional
fee. Currently, we don't charge extra for weekends. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged
50% of the first visit as a cancellation fee. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
We have walkers and sitters on staff to cover
all of our jobs. |
|
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We will always attempt to contact the owner
or emergency contact. We are pet CPR and first aid certified
so we will begin emergency aid, and either transport to
the nearest emergency vet or your vet, depending on the
severity and urgency. Our first concern is always for the
safety and health of the pets under our care. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
Yes. |
|
| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
Yes, these services are included in our basic
pet sitting fee. |

|
Dog Walking: $15 for 30 minutes, $20 for 45 minutes, $25 for 60
minutes $5 for each additional dog walked at the same time |
Dog Sitting: $20 per visit, $5 additional per dog, $5 additional
after 6pm and before 8am, $5 additional on holidays |

Cat Sitting: $15 per visit, plus same additional fees as dog sitting |

We also scoop litter boxes, do regular dog waste cleanup, deodorize,
sanitize yards and clean facilities |
