| What is your application process? |

First time meeting with client
(dog) and their parents, free welcome kit and service agreement
review. |

| Will I meet the pet sitter/walker? |
|
Yes, Stephanie or Pat. |
|
| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
Pet Sitting-we service as we can by providing
each client with 45 minutes to one hour in home/walk.
Daily walking or play groups, no more than 4 dogs at one
time. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
As long as it takes to complete the job:
Feed, water, walk, play, love and house needs. 45 minutes
to one hour. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

We can stay as long as the client wishes
for an additional charge. All day is available. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

Yes and there is no added fee unless it's
late night. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
24 hours or you are charged full price (unless
there is an emergency). |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |

As we work as a team, there is always someone
available. If we both became ill, we have extended team
members in the LA area that would assist. |

|
Go to your vet, call you, stay with the dog
overnight if needed. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
Yes, several emergency hospitals, we have
yet to have to use one. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |

No, never. |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |

Yes, anything client needs. We even have
access to house cleaners if client wishes. |

Dog sitting: $20 - $23 per visit |

Overnight pet sitting: starting at $65 |

Dog play groups: $20 - $24 (a group of NO MORE than 4 dogs go
to the play park for social time) |

Walk and wash-trip to the play park and then to the groomer, all
day event: $45 - $70 depending on groomer fees |

Dog Behavioral Training |
| Stephanie is a canine behaviorist who teaches the Art of Mutual
Cooperation. This method focuses on teaching humans a unique training
method using a language that your dog understands and relates
to, thus strengthen the bond and relationship between you and
your dog. Through the method of Learning Theory and the process
of Amichien Bonding, you will find success and joy in your relationship
with your dog. Through this process, the days of your dog continuously
annoying you with bad behavior will be behind you. Experience
success that comes, not from your dog fearing you, but respecting
you as leader of the pack. |
