| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |

Yes. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
We will walk up to 2 of your dogs at a time.
We do not walk other client's dogs while we walk yours.
We can pet sit any number of pets, but a longer period of
time may need to be purchased if there are several pets. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
You can choose different lengths of time,
from 20 to 45 minutes. |
|
| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Yes. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
|
Our hours of service are from 7:00 am to
9:00 pm for dog walks and regular pet sits. We also offer
overnight stays and boarding. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Cancellations less that 48 hours in advance
for dog walking will be charged at the visit rate. Cancellations
less than 48 hours in advance for pet sitting will be charged
$30. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
Although we try to maintain the same person
for each client, we do have several sitters/walkers that
can cover for each other if needed. |
|
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
All of our staff is certified in Pet First
Aid and CPR. We always ask for your vet’s number and
address, and the closest emergency vet clinic to your home.
We will always try to reach you immediately, but if unable
to, we will contact the emergency contact we ask you to
list. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
|
No, and we plan to keep it that way. |
|
| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
We can give medications to your pets and
do not charge extra for it. We can also water plants, bring
in mail and paper, scoop poop, clean litter boxes, bring
out/in the trash, adjust lights or window coverings so it
looks like your are home. And we always provide lots of
love and attention to your pets. |
