Gotta Love'Em! Professional Pet Care provides
quality pet sitting, dog walking, and overnight pet services
for dogs, cats, birds, small pets, and other domesticated
pets.We are family-owned and operated by JoAnn Friedman, a
former veterinary assistant, certified dog obedience instructor,
pet nutrition specialist, and pet owner. Whether you're going
on vacation for several weeks, or simply need someone to exercise
your pet while you're at work, Gotta Love'Em! is your in-home
pet care solution, completely tailorable to you and your pet's
needs. With over 10 years of professional experience with
dogs, cats, and small animals, and over 20 years of personal
experience with animals & pets of all kinds, you can feel
confident that your furry family members.

| What is your application process? |

Call or
email us for a free in-home meet 'n greet. We will meet
the pets, complete forms, and get to know the client! |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |

Yes. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
No limit. Standard rates up to 2 dogs or
4 cats. Additional pet fee is $2 per pet per day. Walking
is only within family pets (no group walks). |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
30 - 45 minutes (standard), 7 pm - 7 am overnights,
24 hours, or customized visits! |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?

Yes. We provide services tailored to your

| What is your cancellation policy? |

We request at least 24 - 48 hours, otherwise
20% of total sitting. |

available to walk my dog? |

We will offer a replacement sitter/walker,
credit your account, or your preference. Walker unavailability
is rare once scheduled and only in the event of a true emergency. |
