| The Furry Best Pet Resort & Spa in Laguna
Hills is a unique, boutique, pet resort. We are a "home
away from home" with couches, TV’s, family room,
cageless rooms and individual attention all the time for both
dogs and cats. If you truly love your pet (and we know you do!)
you'll be quick to appreciate the differences that make the
Furry Best Pet Resort & Spa such a doggone special place.

| What is your application process? |
|
Dogs and cats must have all vaccinations
current. Dogs must be non-aggressive. We also care for geriatric
pets or pets with special needs. We administer special medications. |

Canine: Rabies, Bordetella and DHLPP
Feline: Rabies and FVRCP |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?

Yes, an aggressive, un-neutered young pit
bull. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
We have 5 areas we use to separate large
and small and by temperament. In addition to guest rooms
and a large family room with a TV, we also have a human
size miniature house with a flat screen and cozy bed. We
have a presidential suite as well. Our decor is unique and
European with whimsy thrown in. All dogs are socialized
and kept fairly active during the day. We have skinny dipping
in the summer (dogs only). |

Only indoors. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
Our dogs are active and playful. They are
ready for slumber land at night. We have an indoor pet potty
with real sod for their toilet. When there is a special
request by parents, we try to accommodate them. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
We provide everything a dog could dream about
with permission from their parents! YUM.
We feed according to parent instructions even if it means
cooking a bit. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
All day all night, clean and pure. |

| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |

We encourage parents to bring their doggie's
(or kitttie's) beds or blanket and foods. We can also supply
beautiful sheepskin covered cots. We have our own toy and
of course, snacks. |

| Do you require a nap time for the dogs? |
|
We have a nap time everyday around noon. |
|
| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
72 hours notice or a 25% charge will be made. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
We have an on-call house vet who is very
close. He is also our advisor. |
|
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Emergency numbers and permission are on the
application. We are trained and certified in pet First Aid
and CPR. We keep emergency rations and have a plan of escape
for all pets. They are teated like our children. |
