Overview |
| From Wags 2 Whiskers is a cage-free boarding,
day care and grooming center located in Culver City, California.
We are licensed, insured and bonded. We also offer slumber party
sleepovers, treats and toys, doggy shampoo and blow dry, movie
time/couch cuddling, dog walking and pick up and/or drop off.

| What is your application process? |
|
Meet with client and their fuzzy
friend, have them fill out an information sheet and bring
a copy of shot records. |

| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
Within a year: Distemper, Hepatitis, Parinfluenza,
Parvo and Rabies
Within 6 months: Bordetella (unless they have taken the
titers test) |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |

Yes, because they would not get along well
with the other animals and could pose harm. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
Yes! Large, small and really small and also
a cat area. |

|
Indoor. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |

We walk twice a day and sometimes go to the
dog park or on hikes |

times do you feed the dogs? |

We do provide dog treats, but if they have
a sensitive tummy it is good to bring their own. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Always. |

| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |

Yes, we have lots of toys. It's not recommended
to bring your own toy unless you don't need it back. Other
dogs will like to chew on it, too. |

| Do you have a nap time for the dogs? |
|
Yes and the cutest beds to nap in. |
|
| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We are only strict on cancellations during
the holidays. We take $50.00 deposit during the holidays
and if they cancel, they lose the deposit. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
The nearest vet is within 1 mile. We use
Dr. Werber and Century Vet. |
|
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
If there is an emergency we contact the owner.
If the owner is not present, we contact the emergency contact.
We will go to the vet in emergency and use our discretion.
