| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
Absolutely. We do a free consultation where
we learn about you, your pet(s), and how you care for them.
At this time you will also be given references to call if
you wish. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
Up to two, but we can make arrangements for
more dogs or dogs that need to be walked separately for
some reason. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
A typical visit is between 30 and 45 minutes.
That allows for a good 20-25 minute walk, feeding, water
change, and household tasks that need to be done, as well
as notes about our visit. Each visit you will receive a
checklist of what we did and how our visit went. Clients
really love to know how their "furkids" did while
they were gone! |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Yes. We also offer discounts when you purchase
a Walking Pass for 20 walks. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
|
Sure, we will do our best to accommodate
special requests. Fees depend on the service but are based
on the half-hourly fee of $20. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
It is outlined in the service contract, which
we will go over during the consultation. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
We are so fortunate to have two other wonderful
pet sitters right near us, and often the three of us work
together. They are both bonded, insured, and experienced.
I would refer it to one of them. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
I am familiar with the vets in the area
and would do my best to take the pet to the vet of the owner's
choosing, BUT... if I couldn't, I have two that I like very
well and would use their services. If it is an emergency
the pet will go to the nearest Emergency Clinic. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |

Of course! We even offer a "Fridge Stocker"
service so you'll never come home to an empty post-vacation
fridge again! |
