| What is your application process? |
|
We are a
large agency and have a constant stream of applicants.
Approximately 6 out of every 100 applicants make the grade
to become one of our staff members. They go through a
diligent screening and interview process including company
orientation, customer service classes and, of course,
complete background checks including criminal, credit,
personal reference and previous job performance checks.
All sitters are bonded and our entire staff is AWESOME! |
 |
| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
Yes, your sitter will
call to introduce herself within 24 hours of you making
your reservation. You will meet her shortly after that.
She will come to your home tomeat you and your pets and
to get detailed instructions on how to best care for them.
With your permission, she will come by again, with her
back up sitter, right before you leave town. This will
allow your sitter, to review the care instructions you've
given and for the dogs to get a "fresh scent".
We want her to be greeted as a friend when she returns
and you're not there! |
 |

available to walk my dog? |
|
Every one of our sitters has a back up sitter
assigned for each pet or house sitting assignment. The backup
sitter is is typically the sitter next closest to you geographically,

They are ready to step in a a moments notice, if needed. |

sitter walked into a flooded house. We do carry insurance

 |
| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
Yes, we do! And it is all included in the

cat that hides under the bed! |
