Dog Sitting Information
What is your application process?  
A single phone call can set up your FREE initial consultation and we can either e-mail or bring with us our easy to complete contract.
Will I meet the sitter/walker?  
We offer a FREE initial consultation with TWO sitters/walkers. We always have a back-up in case of emergencies or sickness of our sitters. They will meet with you and your pets so we can bond with your pets and you can decide if we are the right sitters/walkers for your pets needs.
How many dogs do you sit/walk per session?  
We offer our services to multiple pets residing at the same home with no additional fees.
How long will you sit/walk my dog?   Daily Visits are ONE HOUR per visit and the owner sets the schedule on how many visits per day. We also offer overnight and extended stay services.
Do you offer upgrade options to extend the walk/sit time?   Yes.
Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session? Is there an additional fee for this?   Our pets owners set the schedule and as long as it's safe for the pet and sitter/walker, we offer it at no additional charge.
What is your cancellation policy?   We understand that schedules and plans change. We do not charge any cancellation fees. If a service is not canceled and we show up, the fee will be payable for that visit.
What do you do when my sitter/walker is not available to walk my dog?   You will always have two sitters/walkers assigned to your dog. If the main sitter is not available, the back-up sitter will then care for your dogs needs.
What do you do in case of emergency?   Our contract covers how you want us to handle any emergencies. Our first concern is the well being and safety of your pets, and we will treat them as our own. We will follow any instructions left and contact those needed.
Do you have a vet on call?   Our contract asks to list your vet information and if they are not available, we will then use our vet that is on call 24/7.
Have you ever had any incidents with your clients, such as property damage?   None.
Do you provide other services, such as watering plants and bringing in mail?   Other services offered:
Watering plants indoor/outdoor
Bringing in mail
Picking up clutter from front door and driveway
Taking out trash bins
Turning lights on/off
Flushing toilets
Verifying lawn and pool maintenance is done

$20 per HOUR visit
$75 for overnight stays per night
