Yes, you have a mandatory FREE consultation
for us to meet your pets. If your original sitter is not
available for your next sit, you have the option of meeting
the new sitter as well! |

|
How long do you want us to? The average pet
sit is between 20-30 minutes. In the Arizona heat, walks
are usually best done in the early morning, or LATE at night...
walks can be anything between 5 and 25 minutes. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Yes. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

We have no off-hours. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Within 48 hours. The 25% non refundable deposit
is due at the consultation. If your trip is postponed or
canceled, your deposit is transferrable, but not refundable. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
You will have the opportunity to meet another
sitter. |
|
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We have an emergency back-up plan on our
end. We will follow any contingency plan that you leave
for us. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
No. But we do know where all of the 24 hour
Emergency Animal Hospitals are located. We also know a great
VET on WHEELS! |
|
| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
|
No, we don't forsee this being an issue,
but we have insurance, so it won't be a problem. |
|
| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
YES! YES! YES! You are paying for our time!
Plants, mail, yards, pools, trash nights! It's all included
you just have to tell us when & how you want it done! |
