Dogs-in-restaurant bill passes through committee

Tallahasee, FL - "A proposed bill that would allow pet owners to bring their dogs with them to outdoor portions of Florida restaurants passed through a House committee this afternoon.
The bill, introduced by an Orlando Republican and co-sponsored by Rep. Ari Porth, D-Coral Springs, would give city officials the power to decide whether restaurants within their borders could permit dogs in outdoor eating areas..."
