Cleveland, OH - "Bill the Dog Walker -- aka William "Bill" Smyrnow -- lives in Cleveland's West Park neighborhood. Most of his daily dog walks are in the Ohio City neighborhood or nearby on the city's West Side. Bill walks up to 10 dogs each day, and pet owners also call on him to pet-sit their animals while they are on vacation. In his spare time, he coaches soccer at Lorain County Community College.
